PRIVACY.
How we handle the information you choose to share with us.
KEEP IT
DIRECT.
We use project information to have a useful conversation, not to build an advertising profile.
Project inquiries
When you choose to contact PLAIN HORSE, the details you provide, such as your name, email, company and project brief, are used to respond to your request and evaluate potential work. If the direct inquiry system is unavailable, your email application opens a draft that you review and send yourself.
Service providers
Our website is hosted on Vercel. Website operations and secure inquiry delivery, when enabled, may involve hosting and email providers processing the information needed to operate their services. We do not sell your inquiry details.
Website information
Like most hosted sites, infrastructure providers may process technical information such as device details, IP addresses, access times and security logs to serve and protect the website. We do not use this page to collect payment information.
Requests
To ask about the information you have submitted, contact our production office at booking@dopevzn.com. Do not include sensitive personal or financial information in a general project brief.
